Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its online forms. You may contact A&C Pools by phone instead.

Website Information

Website content describes A&C Pools and its general service approach. It is provided for general information and may change as services, policies, equipment, service areas, or availability change. Website content is not a diagnosis of a pool or equipment condition and is not a guarantee that a particular service, repair, schedule, or result is available.

Quote Requests + Service Availability

Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement, reserve a service date, or guarantee availability. A&C Pools must review the request and separately confirm the service area, scope, scheduling, and price before work begins.

You agree that information submitted through a website form will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not submit payment credentials, passwords, or unlawful content.

New Client Form + Electronic Signature

The New Client Form is intended for customers whom A&C Pools has invited to begin account setup. It combines client intake information, service policies, customer acknowledgments, and an electronic signature in one versioned record. The form itself explains the service practices and authorizations that apply to the customer relationship.

When you affirmatively consent to electronic completion and type your name as a signature, you state that you intend to sign the displayed record electronically. After submission, a completed copy is emailed to the primary email address you provided and a business copy is sent to A&C Pools. Service does not begin solely because the form was submitted; A&C Pools must still confirm acceptance, scheduling, and the separately communicated service rate.

General Employment Applications

The Careers page allows a person to submit a general expression of employment interest and a résumé. Submitting an application does not represent that a particular position is open and does not promise an interview, offer, or employment. Applicants agree to provide accurate information and to leave sensitive information that the form does not request out of the application and résumé.

A&C Pools may consider an application for current or future business needs and may contact an applicant using the information provided. How applicant information is collected, stored, used, and retained is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to:

• interfere with the website, its security, or another person’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or submitted records;
• submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or infringing material;
• introduce malicious code or use automated traffic that burdens the website; or
• misrepresent your identity or authority to approve service for a property.

Third-Party Services + Links

The website may link to services operated by other organizations, including the client portal and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. A link does not make A&C Pools responsible for the third-party service.

Website Content + Branding

The website design, written content, photographs, logos, and branding are owned by A&C Pools or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal use, but may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission.

Website Availability + Responsibility

A&C Pools works to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. To the extent permitted by law, A&C Pools is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of, or inability to use, the website. These terms do not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Texas Law

These website terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any service-specific disagreement remains subject to the signed service terms and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the website, forms, or business practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes to a signed customer agreement will be communicated as described in that agreement.
